This page shows a list of member organisations
If there are many organisations, the list might extend over several pages. Click on the Prev and Next links to see more pages, alternatively click the page number itself to jump to the page.
If you have permission, and your Notanant subscription is suitable, you can add new organisations using the buttons at the bottom of the page
Member organisations come in three types. Firstly there are external organisations - these are controlled by other people who set permissions independently of the main organisation. For instance sports clubs as members of a league or association. The second type are internal organisations. Internal organisations are associated with the main organisation and access permissions are controlled through the main organisation, for instance customers records are often kept as internal, for internal use only. Finally there are Divisions or Membership categories. These are special internal organisations to add structure. Divisions can have subscription types associated with them but can only exist once in an organisation. An online publisher might have divisions corresponding to a number of e-magazine titles, each with its own subscription criteria.
To manage this list you can build a group of organisations which can be copied and pasted, or used to make or record communications (for example to track communications to business customers). Select the orgs you want then click the Add to Group button. You can view and access the group using the link on the right hand side that will pop up as the group is started. If the group runs across several pages you need to Add to Group before switching to the next page.
